Being there for you is my number one priority.
It’s important to me that you leave each session with a 'felt sense' of being heard and understood and that you feel a renewed sense of direction, hope and inspiration. My practice relies on quality care, word of mouth and professionalism. People I've helped and colleagues I have worked with consistently recommend me to others.
I bring quality care with an ability to attune to your life issues, identify stumbling blocks and goals with warmth, sincerity, guidance, and at times, a healthy dose of humor! I am client-centered, non-judgmental, and always geared toward positive growth.
I don’t just “talk the talk,” I personally “walk the walk,” insisting on personal growth and professional integrity in my own life. I practice mindfulness of self and others in my everyday life, drawing from eastern and western philosophies and practices that help me achieve balance, joy, and good health.
I also enjoy the many positive friends I have in my life and know very well that healthy relationships are a source of having overall wellbeing.
Hillcrest is a lovely community for walking and enjoying a meal at one of the many nearby restaurants. Just around the corner from my office on Upas and First is a wonderful cafe and deli with outdoor seating. Enjoy the neighborhood while you're here!
